FAQ & Size Guide

Yes — JeezArt hoodies are true to size. If you prefer a roomier, oversized fit, size up by one. The size guide below has exact chest and body length measurements.

Shirts also run true to size. Check the size guide tab below for specific measurements. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one for comfort.

Most designs are available up to 3XL or 4XL depending on the blank used. Check the individual product page for size availability. If a specific size isn't listed, contact support — we can sometimes arrange it.

Our blanks are pre-shrunk. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low to keep the print and garment in the best condition. Avoid ironing directly on the print.

Paper prints are matte, gallery-quality, and frame-ready. They have a traditional art feel with deep color reproduction.

Metal aluminum prints are vibrant, moisture-resistant, and don't need a frame — they ship with a float mount ready to hang. Colors pop noticeably harder on metal, especially dark-to-bright contrasts like Jeez's art style.

Available sizes vary by piece. Common sizes include 5×7", 8×10", 11×14", 16×20", and 18×24". Check the individual print listing for exact options.

Signed print editions are announced on stream and in the VIP list. Standard prints ship unsigned unless the listing specifically says "signed edition."

Keep paper prints out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Frame behind UV-protective glass for best longevity. Metal prints can be wiped clean with a soft cloth. Avoid moisture on paper prints.

Purchase the Drawing Request product from the store, then fill out the commission form linked in your order confirmation email. Include as much reference as possible — character names, poses, color preferences, and any specific details.

Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks depending on queue depth and complexity. You'll get a work-in-progress preview before the final delivery and can request one round of revisions.

You'll receive a high-resolution PNG and JPG of the final piece. Print-ready files are included by default. Source files (PSD/Procreate) are not included unless specifically requested and priced accordingly.

Personal use is included with every commission. Commercial licensing (merch, brand use, resale) requires a separate commercial license. Contact us to discuss pricing before ordering if commercial use is your intent.

US orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
International orders: 10–21 business days. Customs delays may extend this.
All apparel and prints are made-to-order, so fulfillment takes 3–7 business days before shipping begins.

Yes. JeezArt ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also track it via your Shopify account order page.

Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Returns and replacements are accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Email support@jeezart.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Size exchanges aren't possible because items are made-to-order. Please use the size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order.
