FAQ & Size Guide

Both come with a clean white border around the art. As an Aether initiate, you choose at checkout whether to keep that border or go borderless — everyone else gets the standard white border.

Glossy paper is premium glossy: high quality with bright, vibrant color that really pops. It's printed on genuine Epson paper, lightly watermarked on the back (honestly, you'd never know it's there).

Metallic paper is gallery-quality. The surface absorbs light differently, so certain colors glow and shift depending on how it catches the light.

Sizes vary by piece. Common options are 5×7", 8×10", 11×14", 16×20", and 18×24". Check the individual listing for the exact sizes available.

Standard prints ship unsigned. Hand-signing is an Aether perk — as an Initiate you can request that the prints you order come signed by me. Signed limited editions are also announced on stream and to the Aether.

Keep your prints out of direct sunlight and frame behind UV-protective glass for the longest life. Keep moisture off them, and wipe the surface gently with a soft, dry cloth.

I draw every piece myself, so timing depends on scope. Illustrations usually take 3 to 6 weeks, character sheets 4 to 6, sketches 1 to 2, and pngtuber pieces about a month. You can track every stage live in the Aether, and I message you on Discord before I start.

You get high-resolution, print-ready files of the final piece. Personal use is included with every commission. Commercial and merch licenses are add-ons in the builder, so pick the one you need before checkout. Source files aren't included unless arranged separately.

Commissions are paid upfront and are non-refundable once I start working, per the terms you agree to at checkout. If I ever have to decline a request, you get a full refund. You'll see a work-in-progress preview before final delivery and get one round of revisions.

I pack and ship every order myself, so it usually goes out within 1 to 2 weeks. I'd rather be honest about that than rush it. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Yes, I ship worldwide. International orders take longer in transit and may be charged customs or import fees by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, and it's also on your account order page.

Yes, they run true to size. If you like a roomier, oversized fit, size up by one. The size guide below has chest and length measurements to check against a piece you already own.

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low to keep the print and the garment looking right. Don't iron directly on the print.

Go with the larger size for comfort, or size up for an oversized streetwear fit. Check the measurements in the size guide below if you want to be sure.

Everything is made and shipped by me, so I can't take returns for sizing or change of mind. What I will do is send a replacement for anything that arrives damaged or defective. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Email commissions@jeezart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. I'll get a replacement sent right out.
